1 can lentils (unflavored)

1 can garbanzo beans or chickpeas

1 can corn

1/2 t garlic powder

Put all spices and salt in the small bag and close.

Place all food items in the gallon-sized bag as shown in the picture.

Fold foil in half lengthwise and then in half the other way. Place inside the gallon bag. Place instructions in the bag so that you can read them from the outside. Close bag.
